When Overbury and P+W (Perkins Will) approached us to transform three floors of prime Shoreditch real estate into a cutting-edge workspace, we knew this would be a project that demanded the very best from all partners.
The brief? Seamless integration, sophisticated aesthetics, and flawless acoustic performance – all delivered within a tight 4-week window through exceptional collaboration.
Reception Excellence
The moment you enter, you’re greeted by the bespoke feature reception screen, a masterclass in coordination between City Concepts, Overbury, and the joinery contractor. Every glazing joint perfectly aligned with the feature timber slats, creating a seamless visual flow that sets the tone for the entire workspace.
Atrium Innovation
Perhaps our most technically challenging achievement to date. Co-ordinating atrium glazing with the new staircase installation. Working closely with Overbury and the staircase contractor, we integrated handles directly within the glass structure – a feat of engineering precision that maintains the clean aesthetic whilst ensuring functionality.

Front-of-house areas feature full-height reeded film for elegant privacy, whilst back-of-house spaces utilise frosted bands for a more functional approach. This dual strategy creates distinct zones whilst maintaining visual cohesion throughout the workspace.
Seamless Technology Integration
Room booking panels integrated directly into our glazing systems—a collaborative effort with Overbury that ensures technology enhances rather than disrupts the aesthetic. Clean lines, intuitive functionality, flawless execution.
