For this 8,000 sq ft private healthcare consultancy fit-out at the iconic Battersea Power Station, City Concepts was entrusted by our client, Overbury, to supply and install all glazed partitions and feature doors. The project called for a design that balanced both functionality and a distinctive aesthetic, perfectly aligning with the sophisticated yet industrial character of the location.

We implemented our R662 single glazed door system, finished in Signal Black RAL 9004, to complement the project’s industrial-chic design. These doors, hinged for smooth operation, were fitted with sleek lever handles and secure locks where necessary. The addition of slim crittal-style banding and low-level modesty panels further accentuated the doors’ modern industrial appeal, providing a unique visual impact within the clinic rooms and reception areas.

To ensure the highest standard of execution, City Concepts worked closely with Overbury and the drywall and joinery contractors throughout the project. This collaboration was crucial in maintaining precise door frame alignment across various wall types and finishes, resulting in a cohesive and flawless installation. The Concept25 single glazed partition system, paired with the R662 doors, delivered an impressive acoustic performance of 34dB Rw, ensuring privacy and comfort within the healthcare environment.
