For this 18,000 sq ft fit-out at Soho Place in the heart of the West End, City Concepts partnered with OD Group to deliver a bespoke glazing solution for a venture capital firm’s new headquarters. Spanning three floors (levels 7 to 9) of this cutting-edge development, the project required a sleek and sophisticated approach to match the firm’s dynamic presence.

We implemented our SS53 single glazed door system, paired with the Concept54 single glazed partition system, both finished in Black Grey RAL 7021. The doors and screens, towering at an impressive 3 meters in height, featured applied ‘crittal style’ banding, enhancing the modern industrial aesthetic desired by the client.

The project’s complexity demanded a high level of coordination to ensure a seamless alignment of glazing across the drywall cross walls. Our meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach with the OD Group ensured that the final result was a striking and cohesive space.
