Our view is that quality starts in the drawing office, when designing our systems, from the very first moment the idea comes apparent. It’s  our belief that quality shouldn’t be left to the end to be considered,  but should be thought about at every single process, from Design  & Manufacturing, to Installation, and the final stages of the handover process.  


At City Concepts,  we have stringent processes in place at each of these stages to ensure that our team have quality in the forefront of their minds on every single aspect of the work that they do.  

Our systems are designed to not only perform but to function seamlessly. We believe we have created a range of systems that can compete in todays market, but will also be relevant in 15-20 years time as the modern office evolves. 

Our engineers are constantly looking at ways to  evolve our systems, even if it means having to change an element by only 1 millimetre!  We pride ourselves on precision.

We utilise the very latest in technology  to ensure our systems are produced to the highest standard during  manufacture. We have invested in our three manufacturing facilities  despite the COVID pandemic to ensure that we have machinery such as  CNC’s available in every facility to ensure we never fail our  clients.

In addition to this, we have a strict QC process in place to  insist that nothing leaves our facility without us being 100% happy with  it. We are fortunate enough that our manufacturing staff are part of  the City family and take pride in every project delivery that leaves one  of our facilities.  

Lastly, our dedicated delivery team  are then on hand to receive the system and get started with the project  build. It will be this dedicated Contracts Manager who will be our clients one point of contact for every single aspect of construction on  site. Our Contracts Manager will be assisted hand in hand by one of our  directors to ensure our standards are kept each day on site. 

The  contracts manager will be responsible for day to day running of the  project, ensuring Health & Safety processes are carried out,  carrying out quality benchmarks with our site operatives, and liaising  with our clients management team on site to ensure we complete our  package defect free prior to handing to them for final inspection.
