As part of our mission statement that we are led by design, we have a pre-construction team available to assist Designers and Architects with the relevant support they need to develop a project from Stage 3 to Stage 4 with ease.   

We understand that every client and every project is different; each with a unique set of requirements. Our team are on hand to be able to assist with all manner of design items, large to small and we listen carefully, adopting a proactive and team approach to design challenges. From creating full Stage 4 design packs for assisting with obtaining consent to lease agreement on complex buildings, to providing sketch details for intricate interfaces with structure, services or the like.

We are personal enough to be able to assist with bespoke solutions to our clients requirements within swift timescales. Samples can be arranged within a matter of days to enable our clients to visualise what their project will look like.

DESIGN CO-ORDINATION

We view each project as a collaboration between your team and ours.

We are fortunate to have a diverse team who have extensive experience in the construction industry, amassing well over 50 years collective experience between them. This enables us to be able to quickly adapt to coordination challenges on site and overcome these challenges with sensible, well thought out solutions.

 Whether this be coordination with the security contractor on how cabling for an electronic fob lock is going to be integrated within our framework or liaising with the AV consultant on what room booking system is being attached to our glazing, our team are on hand to assist and enhance our clients projects, ensuring quality is never overlooked at the cost of coordination.
